After enduring the London Blitz, the ongoing threat of Luftwaffe bombings, and years of total war, the British RAF sent Hitler a gift to commemorate the occasion. January 30, 1943 was supposed to be a big day for the Nazi propaganda machine, but instead the German capital suffered a daytime Blitz of its own.
